In front of the majestic Cathedral of Palermo, along the road connecting Monreale to the sea, stands a wonderful two-story penthouse, equipped with five terraces on different levels, a garage, and a ground floor outbuilding. Passing through the entrance of the Palace, with the garage on the left, you enter an apartment that includes a technical room and one with the cisterns. Continuing, you find a studio with a separate entrance and a bedroom with a bathroom, carved out from the former stables for carriages and horses. Ascending to the third floor via a marble staircase (with an available elevator), you access the house, where the restoration stands out, not only enhancing the building's history but also bringing to light the original frescoes in every corner of the residence. Upon entering, a studio is on the left, while on the right, the lounges open up, preceded by a splendid guest bedroom with a bathroom. Every window and balcony offers fascinating views of the historic center. From the lounges, you access the dining room, which overlooks the first terrace. The kitchen and pantry are nearby, followed by a small lounge leading to the other two en-suite bedrooms. Climbing the stairs, you reach a second lounge with a fireplace and an additional dining area, perfect for breakfast, with an attached small kitchen and views of the historic rooftops. Finally, a staircase leads to the last bedroom. However, what makes this residence unique are the terraces, which offer breathtaking views ranging from the sea to the surrounding mountains of the city.

Attraversando il portone del Palazzo, con il garage a sinistra, si entra in un appartamento che comprende un locale tecnico e uno con le cisterne. Proseguendo, si trova uno studio con ingresso separato e una stanza da letto con bagno, ricavati dalle ex scuderie per carrozze e cavalli. Salendo al terzo piano tramite una scala in marmo (con ascensore disponibile), si accede alla casa, dove spicca il restauro che non solo ha valorizzato la storia dell'edificio, ma ha anche riportato alla luce gli affreschi originali in ogni angolo della dimora. Appena entrati, uno studio si presenta sulla sinistra, mentre sulla destra si aprono i salotti, preceduti da una splendida stanza da letto per gli ospiti con bagno. Ogni finestra e balcone offre affascinanti scorci sul centro storico. Dai saloni si accede alla stanza da pranzo, che si affaccia sulla prima terrazza. La cucina e il ripostiglio si trovano nelle vicinanze, seguiti da un piccolo salone che conduce alle altre due stanze da letto con bagno privato. Salendo le scale, si arriva a un secondo salone con camino e un'ulteriore zona pranzo, perfetta per la colazione, con annessa una piccola cucina e vista sui tetti del centro storico. Infine, una scala conduce all'ultima camera da letto. Tuttavia, ciò che rende unica questa residenza sono le terrazze, che regalano panorami mozzafiato che spaziano dal mare alle montagne circostanti la città.
